Bureau of Employment and Taiwan Machinery Industry Association yesterday ( March 23, 2009) has signed up precautionary safety measures partners relationship which link together the disaster preventive resources, cooperating to decrease the rate of workers accidents incurrence . Also promised two year cooperation in assisting the dynamic machinery manufacturer to comply the safety machinery laws for weekly diminishing the lost and preventive measures of worker injury, upgrading production efficiency to stabilize machinery industry competition in general.

 Signed up ceremony was held at Taiwan Machinery Association, also invited several supplier to join at the same time, Bureau of Employment ( Taipei district ) Labor Inspector Division Head Mr. Hsieh Ying Wen and Mr. John Kiang , Shieh Yih Machinery Chief executive of the General Manager Office, has duly signed up partnership agreement in cooperation to work out for the resources compilation , machinery safety compliance and to ensure the laborer basic safety rights.

Labor Association Superintendent Wang Ru Shen expressed that there are about 3000 laborer in Taiwan who suffered occupational accidents injury & casualty, about 1,800 laborer about 60% was badly injured and became disabled during dynamic working operation. Strongly recommend that by means of safety guidance inspection, announcement, control and minimizing the worker injury at work which must ensure preventive measures facilities to minimize the rate of injury accidents at work. Through Public & Private announcement by various Business sectors concerning the precautionary safety measures guidance for the general public know ledged, in total of 6 Engineering project sectors , 31 Business sectors, 29 Associations & 25 Industrial partnership sectors.

Taiwan Machinery Industry assisted the program launching & coordinate the Government Economic Policy in promoting it to the general public more efficiently.

Head of Taiwan Machinery Association Mr. Huang Po Chi expressed Taiwan Industry take importance on production quality assurance & safety measures as the prime concerned to ensure the laborer safety toward the threat of working injury and also hoping the business industrial sectors to comply & take importance on this program to upgrade the machinery safety standard.
