SEYI Provides Complete Press Repair Services and Parts Capabilities at Two North American Locations.

Presses currently has two service centers
operating at this time. The primary service
center is strategically located in Tullahoma,
Tennessee which all services are directed
from. This facility also inventories all spare
parts for the North American market which
includes Mexico and Canada. The other service
facility is located in Walnut, California.
This facility serves our west coast customers
and Mexico. Several of our service technicians
are bilingual, which is a great asset in assisting
our Spanish speaking customers. We also employee
a factory trained Engineer who speaks both
English and Chinese. This gives us a direct
line of communication with the factory in
Taiwan, which means faster response times
for all of our customers’ needs.
SEYI Press Technicians Provide 24 Hour Support
All
service technicians have assigned vehicles
that are fully equipped with parts and tools
and are available for immediate response.
The service department is accessible 24 hours
a day by use of landline, e-mail or cell phones.
All service calls are addressed and handled
immediately and we can have a service technician
on sight generally within a 24 hour period
or sooner.
Wintriss Controls Standard on all SEYI Presses
SEYI
Presses has also standardized on the American
made Wintriss WPC 1000/2000 press control.
Because of our outstanding relationship with
Wintriss we have the full cooperation and
support of the Wintriss engineering and service
teams to assist us with any trouble shooting
problems that may arise. Wintriss also carries
a full line of replacement parts stocked in
Acton, Massachusetts.
