SPF2 series is a two point straight side press designed for progressive cold forging applications. The solid cast bed and a frame that is twice as rigid as conventional presses can create parts with non-uniform thickness or complex high precision features by using the press’ power and rigidity to force material to flow from sheet stock.

● Two Point Link Motion Press Features:

   Wintriss WPC 2000 control system meets or exceeds OSHA regulations, and is CSA and ANSI/UL certified.

   SmartPAC 2 automation control with 10.4” color touch screen, AutoSetPAC 4 tonnage monitor, DiProPAC 8 die protection, and ProCamPAC 8 programmable cams, and 200 job memory.

   Pneumatic high-torque combination wet clutch and brake provides low noise, long-life operation with minimal maintenance.
